Shipping Schedule

At Best Vape Deals, we ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same day, while all “In Stock” products are shipped within 24-72 hours during the business week. Any back-ordered items will be shipped once they arrive in stock.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and you’ll receive an estimated delivery time. For a more accurate delivery date, please refer to the tracking details after receiving your tracking number.

Please note that shipping carriers do not operate on weekends or holidays.

Free Shipping on Orders Over C$99 in Canada

We offer free Expedited Shipping on orders over C$99 (before tax and after discounts) within Canada.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that may be exceptionally large, heavy, or awkward to ship at no charge. In these cases, we’ll offer the option to cover shipping costs for such items.

If your package cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address details or failure to pick up, we will issue a refund, deducting both the original shipping fee (even if free) and return shipment fees charged by the carrier. Additionally, a minimum 5% transaction fee and a $10 handling fee may apply. Alternatively, we can reship your order after you cover return and re-shipping costs.

For urgent deliveries, Xpresspost and Priority options are available at an extra cost. Once shipped, we cannot refund additional shipping fees.

Proof of Age Requirement

All packages require Canada Post’s Proof of Age (18+, 19+, or 21+ depending on your province) verification for delivery. A signature is required for all deliveries. If no one is available to sign, the package will be held at your nearest post office, where ID verification can be completed.

Please note, as per recent updates, Canada Post no longer checks ID at the door due to the pandemic. Verification must be completed at the post office.

If Proof of Age cannot be verified, the package will be returned, and we will not provide a refund for these items. This age verification step is mandatory by Canadian law, and only the individual named in the "Shipping" field can collect the package.

Please do not place an order if you do not meet the legal age in your province of residence.

Order Processing

We process in-stock orders seven days a week, including Canadian holidays. Orders with a tracking number issued on weekends or major holidays are prepared for shipment but are picked up by Canada Post on the next business day.

If we encounter any issues with your order, we may require additional processing time. We’ll contact you via phone or email if necessary, so please ensure your contact information is up to date.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will usually ship the same day. Delivery times depend on the selected carrier.

For orders with different billing and shipping names or addresses, you may be required to provide a matching ID. If requested ID is not provided, the order will be canceled and refunded. Ensure the date of birth is legible if ID verification is required.

Please note that Canada Post does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or Canadian holidays.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are generated automatically upon order processing and sent to the email you provided. If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam folder.

You can also view tracking details by logging into "My Account" on our website. Tracking may take up to one business day to become active.

Lost & Undelivered Packages

Claims for misplaced, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported within 90 days from the shipping date.

Best Vape Deals is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or stolen packages. Once the order is scanned by Canada Post or any other carrier, the package is solely under their responsibility for safe delivery. Please address any issues directly with Canada Post or the relevant carrier.

If you provided incorrect shipping details, any returned packages will be refunded after deducting a minimum 5% transaction fee, a $10 handling fee, original shipping costs, and return fees. Alternatively, the package can be reshipped once return and re-shipping costs are covered. We will not reship any items until they are returned to us by the courier.
