Refund policy
AGE CONFIRMATION
By placing an order on Best Vape Deals, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase vaping products in your province or territory. Please note, if a package is returned to us due to a failed Proof of Age verification, we will not provide a refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are only accepted for products deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA), meaning they were non-functional out of the box upon delivery.
Claims for Dead on Arrival (DOA) products, missing items, damaged goods, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect items promptly and report any issues within this timeframe.
To request a refund or exchange, please email us at bestvapedealsofficial@gmail.com with your Full Name, Order Number, Phone Number, and a detailed description of the issue. We may ask for photo or video evidence. If approved, defective hardware must be returned in its original packaging at your expense. Upon confirmation of the defect, we will send a replacement and refund the shipping cost equivalent to our standard rate.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: e-juice, disposable vapes, pods/cartridges, coils, atomizers/tanks, accessories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, disposable pod systems, rechargeable batteries, and similar consumables.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
All packages require Canada Post’s Proof of Age (18+, 19+, or 21+, based on your region) for delivery. Any fees for returned packages due to age verification failure will not be refunded.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds may be issued back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card) or as store credit in the form of reward points. For prepaid cards, Best Vape Deals is not responsible if you no longer possess the card used for the original payment.
Note: Interac e-Transfers are non-refundable and can only be issued as store credit.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, please first check with your bank and credit card company, as processing may take time. If issues persist, contact us at bestvapedealsofficial@gmail.com.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once the shipping label has been printed. If you wish to cancel an order before the label is printed, it will incur a minimum 5% transaction fee plus a $10 handling fee.
For underage purchases or failure to provide requested photo ID for age verification, refunds will not be issued. Refer to our Terms of Service for further details.
WARRANTY SERVICE
For warranty claims on hardware, please contact the respective manufacturer for after-sale support, as Best Vape Deals does not handle manufacturer warranties directly.
